Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the OkayBet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. OkayBet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, OkayBet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. OkayBet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. OkayBet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify OkayBet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
OkayBet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. OkayBet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. OkayBet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. OkayBet does not accept deposits from third parties.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. OkayBet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the applicable daily cutoff time. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
All transactions on the OkayBet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). OkayBet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.
OkayBet is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. OkayBet reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities. 5.1 OkayBet may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
5.3 OkayBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, OkayBet will provide reasonable notice before withdrawing that specific bonus.
5.4 Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
6.1 All games available on the OkayBet Platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by OkayBet or any third party.
6.2 Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. OkayBet is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, OkayBet will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical error, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
6.4 OkayBet publishes the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OkayBet Platform:
7.2 OkayBet reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8.1 All content on the OkayBet Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of OkayBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of OkayBet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
9.1 The OkayBet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OkayBet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 OkayBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if OkayBet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 OkayBet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OkayBet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude OkayBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 OkayBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
10.3 You may close your OkayBet account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in the normal course following account closure.

11.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation.
